Rolling with My BJJ Students + Q&A At the End

Today’s video is another rolling video from one of my no gi BJJ classes. Everyone seemed to enjoy the 1st rolling video we did like this. So, here’s another. During the video you’ll see me and my students rolling from different positions. And at the end of the video I do some Q&A with the guys on some specific problems they were having. Oh and if you watch the video you’ll even see me get submitted!

This was on a Monday when we have one of my main no gi rolling sessions.
