Cauliflower Ear: Gross Disfigurement or Symbol of Toughness?

Recently I was asked if I actually like having cauliflower ear. Many people know that cauliflower ear is a part of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and grappling. Many wear it as a “badge of honor” while others see it as gross.

In this video I share my ideas on it and how I feel about mine.

If you train in BJJ or grappling this isn’t to sway you one way or the other. It’s just an idea to chew on.
