How Does Your BJJ Coach Break Class after Technique Instruction ?

In your BJJ gym how do you break after your coach teaches a technique? Every year at our Costa Rica Brazilian Jiu-jitsu retreat Shawn and I always fight over the “proper” way to break our classes.

Any of you who have attended understand what’s going on here.

Anyways, I leave it to you internet world. How does your gym do their break after teaching a technique?
